Its starting question is simple: if interpretation, generation, perception, memory and bounded agency can be supplied by software, how would you design a company differently?

The goal is not autonomy for its own sake. It is consequential execution with explicit responsibility, governed context, bounded authority, verifiable outcomes, recovery, learning and deliberate human judgment.

The company remains the design object. One consequential operation is the practical starting point.
